I had a bad experience at MSPCA regarding my cat. I had to surrender him for unfortunate and untimely reasons but we wanted him back. I had spoken to a vet who was willing to let us have him back and we were set to make that happen (already having agreed to paying the reimbursement). 5 days later i get a call saying that he was adopted by a family without any notice or consult to me. My family was completely devastated. Lack of communication and consideration on their part. The staff seemed like very nice people and were caring of the pets but this particular situation will never sit right with me.
