I emailed Lyman about a problem with the hand primer small primer tray being too deep and allowing primers to flip even with the cover latched. My tool is a very early production run product and several years old. I emailed simply to ask about new parts that may overcome this flipping problem. The response was nearly instantaneous and followed with the issuance of a shipping document for a new, upgraded small primer tray. Customer service cannot be better than that, I don't care what company or product.
I've been using new Lyman products since 1956 and have never been dissatisfied; hence my issuing of the 5 star performance rating.
