As a first time customer looking for a screen to be printed, the woman who answered the phone was condescending and rude. She could have asked me some questions to help me clarify what I was looking for, esp since they specialize in screen printing... I was wanting to purchase this locally as they are located just down the street from me but now will buy from one of their online competitors. I recall many years ago stopping in and looking for some art supplies, I had gotten a similar attitude and ended up just going to Michaels. Thought I would give it a try again thinking that perhaps my past experience was just the result of someone having a bad day... Unless you are an "artist" and can speak like one, this store is not for you.
