Came in to evaluate a couple of different cameras for our son who is looking to get more serious about photography. Tamra was great. Walked us through our first choice, told us the good and the limitations. Offered up suggestions as to how it might fit with what our son wants to do. Gave us other very knowledgable suggestions of things to look for/at (without even a hint of upselll, just pure knowledge basedsuggestions that she felt where prudent given our situation). We ended up coming back after thinking and talking through the conversation on bought the better camera. Can't say enough good things about Tamra - and then my wife reminded me that she was the one that we bought our upgrade lens from about 9 years prior (which we have also been very pleased with).
