This place is by far the worst managed property I have ever seen.
1800 dollars a month for constantly failing appliances , A/ C unit, the washer and dryer combo is trash.
The insulation is awful uneven cooling thorough out the unit, and of course they aren t replacing it all they do is repair it over and over again. Aside from that the front office and gatehouse are 2 different entities , I have gone to the office four times to have this resolved. And after each visit I was assured the situation would be corrected however nothing still.
My girlfriend and I thought things would get better .
