Service wasnt great, had my daughters birthday meal there and it was quite the big family gathering (we had reserved and given notice of the amount of people there). Ordered the first meals at around 6:45 pretty much one table after another and food didnt start coming out for about an hour after. The last meal we recieved around 8:10. Its a shame because the food had potential, but some of the orders were incorrect, and they ran out of steaks, and even still they were coming to the table cooked well done when asked for rare. My sister ordered hers, my brother in law and nieces meal at the same time. The adults meals came about half an hour before my nieces. A lot of the kids meals came out after the adults, which usually tends to be the other way round at most other places ive eaten. My mother in law got a refund as steaks were overcooked and have ended up going home to have a takeaway. Its a shame because ive heard good things about the food but i feel like the kitchen staff just couldnt cope with the amount of food ordered at once on this occasion.
