Having called Apple to have my MacBook Pro looked ...

Having called Apple to have my MacBook Pro looked at I was unable to get an appointment at any of the apple stores, so Apple recommended GBM - an approved Apple Partner. I called and was able to take my Mac in the same day if I'd needed, as they have a walk-in help bar with NO QUEUE!

The technician listened to my issue, didn't fob me off, wasn't condescending and didn't try to out-geek me which was just awesome. He took my mac for a few tests and within ten minutes I knew what the problem was and what the fix would be.

Everything was above board, professional and clear.

As it turns out my Mac's fix was covered by Apple, so the whole fix was free (utter bonus)

As promised, within 3-5 working days, I received an email and an attempted call to let me know my Mac was ready for pickup.

I was able to pick it up the same day with a full rundown of what work had been done.

My Mac is now running like NEW!
