The doctors and nursing staff were fantastic to my daughter, but the supposed office manager and receptionist desks are horrible and have no idea what customer service is. When confirming my child's appt at no time was it explained that 100% of the office visit had to be paid at the time of check-in. Therefore when we arrived, I was pretty much forced to pay them 100% and told I could just call and request a refund for the overpayment. It took 2 attempts and nearly 3 months since her office visit to get $20.58 back. I was told that they review refunds on a quarterly basis and when I asked her to issue the refund immediately she offered for me to come and pick it up. I asked for an office manager and she refused and told me although I was asking for a call back, my concerns which were nothing to her, would be sent on.
