Called last time and receptionist woman has asked me where to forward to which I replied service. she then rebuffs me saying service is busy and took my number and promised to call me back. Never heard from either her nor the service after weeks passed. Several years ago, I scheduled oil change on Saturday and when I came to appt, they said we dont do appt on saturday. Slap in the face. These are only two times I dealt with Fremont Acura and both times employees will always drop the balls. F* stay away from this place. I feel like begging 'em all the time.
