3 stars because of the EMPLOYEES OF THE PARK

The good:
Excellent customer service overall,
whatsapp service,
cleaning staff,
restaurant Staff
This park is only alive because of its employees.
Our kids loved the jungle dome, they had a blast . They said it was the best day of their lives :)

The bad:
This place is not clean :(
The food over priced and not good
Rooms NEED updates
Aquamundo : there needs to be more showers
The dressing rooms need to me bigger

upper management:
You guys need to upgrade everything or lower the 5 start status to 2.

We wouldn t go back.
