I m soooo very disappointed with this branch I rus...

I m soooo very disappointed with this branch I rushed to get in the freezing cold the website said that they were open until 7 but an agent was locking the door while there were at least 6 of us waiting to get in Not good at All!!!
SHAME ON YOU!!!
