What a waste of money. Signed my now 4 year old daughter up for this class and nothing what I expected. I recorded a little of my daughter s journey for her personal memories. What started out good in the beginning turned out to be the opposite. Mrs. Heather started to single my daughter out on every little thing and praised the caucasian kid. I heard stories from other parents in the community that spoke about this school, but I gave it a chance and highly disappointed. My daughter completed her last day and no completion rewards/appreciation or anything. She didn t tell us that we could sign my daughter up for the next sessions. I had to find out through an email from Jim that there was more classes. I was told that she could come back next summer, obviously she didn t want me to sign my daughter up for further classes. Some of the same stuff she singled Aaliyah out for, she didn t do that to the caucasian child. Also, I researched how children sometimes when not being engaged equally as other children tend to wonder off in their own world during such classes. After every class she would reward the caucasian child with taking her foams out her swimmer and didn t do it for Aaliyah. She didn t recommend further lessons and just sent my daughter off. Where s the swim lessons??????? When did they learn to swim ??????? Where are more lessons? IS IT BECAUSE WE RE BLACK???? We have plenty of money too and deserve to be treated like your caucasian customers. I emailed Jim about this issue, he danced around my questions and ignored me. I settled for this unknown company when YMCA classes were full. I guess they want only caucasian children to succeed in learning to swim.
