I stayed overnight in a double bedroom, room 329 - I was in the hotel for a corporate event that evening. At around 23:00 in the evening, the pipes and the radiator in the room were making a banging noise and this continued every 45 seconds, sometimes a bit quieter, but sometimes annoyingly louder all night - after not being able to sleep for many hours hoping the last bang was the last one, I complained to reception and had to change rooms at 04:00 in the morning, so didn't have any sleep at all. The most annoying thing is actually the customer service in the venue - I spoke to the Duty Manager the next day to outline my huge disappointment and concern about having no sleep and asked for the Hotel Manager to give me a call and was told I would receive a call back the same day. 5 days later, still no call. So, that really sums up how this hotel values its customers - or actually doesn't value its customers. Extremely poor customer care.
