I took my Q50 in for under warranty repairs, although there was a bit of a wait, the luxe waiting area more than made up for it. My service advisor, Monte, was friendly, and kept me informed the entire time. All the staff, from the barista, welcome crew, to Monte, were the most friendly of any dealership I've ever dealt with. Although sometime away from my home, I think I'd be willing to make the drive just for the awesome service.
