Absolutely terrible customer service. People non responsive and unhelpful.

I was rescheduled 3 times due to weather. It didnt even rain 2 of those days...

A guy finally shows up, and tells me that there is a piece missing and he cant do the job, and leaves. I go out later to find the "missing piece" sitting right on top of the box.

When I called to tell them their guy lied and left I was given the run around.

I was told I would have to pay $50 to have another technician to come out, even though it was no fault of mine.

A district supervisor did come out after several phone calls complaining, and he put it together. (Still no pieces missing)

I paid $400 on December 20th, and had to wait until January 27th to have my playscape put together.

Seriously probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
