absolute shambles, came into the car yard trying to find the parts department, with no signage, no obvious route and no one around to help I was aimlessly wandering around for more time than I'd like to admit. Finally, a salesman stopped me and directed me to the new parts premises... thank-you! Lack of signage in & around the car yard made it very daunting and confusing for a new customer.
