I had an incident with my car after driving across country which required extensive repairs. Edgar was assigned to manage my case. He was wonderful to work with and extremely patient (as my car was there for 2 weeks, it was a long process dealing with the insurance company). He also had to deal with some mistakes that the inspector made. Edgar handled it like a pro and made sure that my insurance company had the correct information, and was quick to communicate with the inspector when the mistakes came to light. All was right in the end, and the insurance covered everything thanks to Edgar's diligence. Wonderful service.
