Our stay was terrible. We were paying cash, they wanted to charge me $100 extra per day deposit on my room since I was not paying with credit card. I told him I didn't have that much money, so he settled for just $100 extra but only if I was going to be staying in the room with my adult daughter and her friends. Later I went down and ask for 8 coffees, sugar and creamer since there were 4 of us and we would need coffee again in the morning. They only delivered 4, so the next morning I called down for 4 more coffee and toilet paper, never delivered until they cleaned the rooms. When we were leaving we called down for cart they said it would be 30min. I checked us out, when I ask for my refund of $100 he said the refund would only be $99.99 I ask why they kept a penny he couldn't give me a reason. I gave him a penny and ask for my $100 back. They should pay me for keeping my money for 3 days.Then I went up to get my daughter and our luggage, no cart. I pickup some small bags to take down to car waited 10min for elevator, finally had to go up to go down. Waited almost 1hr for cart to come down with luggage, my daughter and friends. Never showed. The valet ask me to move my car to the handicap parking to get out of the driveway area, I told him NO! Not until I get someone to get a cart and go up and get our luggage. Asked the valet if I could take the cart (which was just setting there)and get someone to help with our luggage so my daughter and friends could get out of the hallway that they have been waiting in for almost an hour. No Service Elevator? Had to wait for the elevator another 10 min to bring luggage down. Also $20.00 parking fee per day. I will never stay at this hotel again.
