This place charges too much for the quality. The common areas are very nice, but the rooms themselves feel old and run-down. They do have a rooftop pool, but for some reason they've chosen to wall it in so there aren't any actual views--this place could offer some extraordinary views of Dallas if they'd work over their pool deck. The parking is also somewhat tricky, with only a small amount of actual garage and all of the spaces are very tiny. I'd probably stay here again (because I have Marriott status) for the room views that you can get from high floors, but the place definitely needs work.
