Beautiful lobby and the maid service was 5 star. Unfortunately my room was in desperate need of work. Wallpaper peeling, the shower curtain was stained. (See photos).The shower head basically didn t work, flooded half the bathroom if you run it in what would be the standard position. The only way to not flood was to run it against the wall. The room had unbelievably tall ceilings and you can feel the incredible history of this hotel. But it is sad to see basic elements of the room in such poor shape.
