NOT a place for families! This venue will advertise free tickets for kids under 12 for some of their concerts, indicating that it's a decent place to bring kids. Don't be fooled! Do NOT bring your kids and Do NOT let your teenagers go here alone. We went and had to immediately turn around and leave after it taking us a half hour to walk from the parking garage and another half hour waiting to get in. There was vomit everywhere (and not from a bad case of the flu), people were stumbling around everywhere, the smell of marijuana hit me like a ton of bricks when I entered. It's basically a free for all. Fights we're breaking out. No rules just chaos. I understand that the venue cannot completely control the actions of each guest but from the looks of things I got the feeling that they pretty much let the drugs slide and don't cut people off when they've had too much to drink. As I mentioned I had to leave for the safety of my young son. I asked to exchange the tickets for another event were I could come without my son and was denied. They said there's nothing they could do. No refund, no exchange, no discount on a different show...Nothing! I guess you live and learn.
