When we checked in, the hotel clerk offered to upgrade us to a suite in the Gardens Wing. My parents are 88 and 83 year old adults that required to be close to an elevator, as requested in my reservation. Initially, we considered the suite but because of the distance to the elevator, we declined.

Immediately, the hotel clerk apologized the initial room was unavailable.
