Earlier in the year I had a repair done that was over $2500 and the vehicle needed it. They gave me a new loaner to drive, fixed my 2003 Lexus and it is working great. Today I had a service done. Again they gave me a brand new, and great, loaner to drive because I needed to get to work. I thought something was broken and told them to fix it. Beau my service agent called back and said the service was much less than anticipated because only the most minor part was malfunctioning. It was a quick and simple fix totaling about $150. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciate how things went today. Many dealerships will charge for service and parts you do not need. An honest dealership? Who could have imagined?!
