I had a fabulous experience shopping for my new Honda CRV at Richards. Byron Lewis answered all of my questions and treated me in a most professional manner at all times. He showed a lot of respect, which sometimes male salespersons fail to do when talking to female car buyers. Also Ms. Billie George and Bridgette Jones were most helpful and gracious. All in all I made the right decision getting my second Honda at Richards again. (Margaret Hubbard)
