Upon Arrival There Were No Cars Available That I Went On Line and made reservation for On Monday Went To Pick Up On Friday so i was Very Disappointed So I Was Told That I Could Pay For A Upgrade I Was Disappointed To Here That ....For Future Reference Customer Should Get Next Level Up As A Courtesy If Nothing Is Available Not Wait Till I Say Cancel My Reservation I Will Go Some Where Else After Looking For A Upgrade For Me Too Pay Extra,....
