I cannot believe that my friends stove-top deteriorated & discolored within months with light use, and after she was given the run around by multiple reps on the phone, she was told that for it to be covered under warantee the damage needed to have been done within the first 30 days. See pictures for what her stove top looks like after 6 months of light use (1 person).
