Service below everything !!! 4 months of waiting to have an appointment, to finally not come to the appointment ... When they finally come, it is impossible to communicate in French, and the information given to the technician is incorrect (we had told him that 'he was coming to install a new meter, although we called 10 times for the same problem: installing new pipes in the ground, deeper). It's a shame ! And of course it's impossible to go see another company because it's a monopoly ... Too bad we can't put less than a star
