It has a nice ambiance and very close proximity to Haram. It s my third visit in Fairmont Makkah with Zaka Group from Pakistan.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the quality of food n service in the restaurants. I would like to make a special mention of Mr Rayees, Supervisor whom I have found having reached to almost every customer and facilitating them. He had displayed an impressive inter-personnel skills by owning the customers service. His visual contact and strong body language would made his appearance all round. He is recommended for commendation for his conspicuous endeavours for customer satisfaction. Secondly, waiters should be trained to give a soft and friendly look. Most of them are so stone faced and do not keep their eye contact with the tables. Some basic English sentences should be tutored for better communication with Non-Arabic speaking people. Best of luck
