Just returned from this hotel and unfortunately was the worst hotel I ever been I think. The reception ladies were brilliant, friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff, canteen staff was very rude, etc. The rooms require urgent maintenance. The peeling, hanging off wallpapers, broken shower cubicles, broken balcony doors, broken draws and wardrobe doors. Dirty beds, pillows, etc. As a 4* hotel, there are no kettle, cups, glasses, empty dirty fridges with no water in them. Dirty towels have been supplied. The hotel doesn't offer anything apart of great location which is about 10min walk to town. The is nothing to do at all. No selection of food, unfortunately, ended up eating the same food every day during the week. No live show, no entertainment team as it's been advertised to us. The swimming pool is about 3x2m big. It really looks like a small puddle. And the worst is that the actual cleaners sleeping on the bunk beds at the fire exit stairs like slaves. Yes, the hotel has its own beach but it's dirty, full of bottles, cups and cigarette ends. Sorry but after visiting Marmaris for the fourth time now this was the worse hotel I been there. Two stars just because of the location.
