By far one of the worst experiences I ve had with an apartment complex. The apartments are nice and affordable but the staff isn t easily accessible and THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PROFIT. They don t care at all about the tenants and have put me at an inconvenience multiple times and looked at me and said it s nothing I can do. The perception looks as if they know what they are doing but in reality they don t and I wouldn t refer anyone move here if you are looking for a certain level of professionalism and a housing complex that cares about its tenants. Our rent fluctuates every month, we haven t had the correct lid on our toilet since we moved in after constant contact with maintenance, they lose packages and the icing on my cake was my everyday transportation was towed due to an expired tag but it s plenty of cars in the complex that hasn t been touched that has been sitting here since I moved in, which has been a major inconvenience being a student and a employee. Worst experience by far!
