Service experience was generally good. However, they have changed the rules for loaner cars where you cannot get one if you are just there for an oil change. I didn't know this and had to get back to work... they ended up giving me one, but they told me they aren't giving them out for that anymore. I wish they would have told me in advance or marked it on their website when I filled out the form for their appointment. Otherwise the experience was great.
