A service tech visited my home for a service call in mid-March and recommended instead of re-charging my unit, which is very old, that I instead replace it. This was an excellent suggestion and the next week a comfort specialist, Joey Marlow, visited my home and promised a quote to replace within a few days. That visit was on March 17.

Several weeks passed with no contact and all during this time I have an old unit that isn t functioning. I called Cool-Ray and finally spoke to Joey again and he promised to move this to the front of the list. He never returned my call, never e-mailed me, and did not act like I was important enough to warrant a reply. He acted surprised I was following-up with him.

I called Shumate and they installed a brand new unit within 5 days, quote to completion. This was money I was willing to spend with Cool-Ray had they only made my business a priority.
