The sauna is not hot at all and the hot tub needs to be hotter, right now it feels like a lukewarm bath. Spa staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. No deep tissue massage available. I found the food to be overpriced and nothing to write home about. Servers are unfriendly and inattentive. As the quality of my experiences at LH have really declined in the past year I will not be returning.
