Purchased a Movi through them and received it very quickly....only to unbox and could never get it to turn on. I email customer service and they send me auto reply email back saying "if on set" they get back quicker. Waited 5 days and still nothing in email. Paying this money and for nothing more than sorry customer service. If you cant handle the log of requests then don't sell the item. And then they have the nerve to tell you to pay return shipping. Buyer beware......especially if the product doesn't work.
