Let me state that I currently stay here . I ve lived in other homeless shelters and this one is by far the worse. Almost every rule is meant too dehumanize us and hinder any type of progress . They take your cell phones around 8 o clock, don t let you do laundry (instead using an exchange system where you give your own personal dirty clothing in exchange for other clothing) , don t let us bring our own water or foods in, and the staff is beyond rude and incompetent. If you have any pride and self-respect, only use this shelter as an absolute last resort.
