HELLO, I START TELLING YOU MY EXPERIENCE LIVED FROM 8/3/18 TO 18/3/18 WHICH WAS REALLY VERY GOOD. SINCE WE ARRIVED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE KINGS. MY FIRST GREAT IMPRESSION WAS THE ROOM THAT THEY GAVE US (1144) VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA, FTE TO POOL, COMFORTABLE AND WITH A BALCONY TERRACE WITH UNBEATABLE VIEW. I JUST HAD TO COMMENT TO THE LOBY PEOPLE THAT THEY MISSED A LITTLE MORE LIGHTING AND AFTER 20 MINUTES WE ALREADY SOLVED THE ISSUE. VERY RECOMMENDED THE FOOD BUFFET IS EXCELLENT AND VARIED. NOT TO SPEAK ABOUT BREAKFAST, EVEN BETTER. THE EXCELLENT ITALIAN RESTAURANT WHOSE MANAGER JOAN ATTENDED US AND HAD SERVED IN A PREFERENTIAL WAY, WE REALLY WERE 5 NIGHTS BECAUSE IT WAS BOTH LIKE THE FOOD AS THEIR ATTENTION. WE ALSO HAVE DINNER AT THE FRENCH RESTAURANT AND THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT, ALL VERY GOOD. PARAGRAPH WITH THE BOYS FROM THE BEACH BAR, WHOSE MANAGER MARTIRES, AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE TOURIST SHOULD BE TREATED. WE HAVE NO MORE THAN WORDS OF THANK YOU FOR HIM AS ALL OF HIS TEAM (JUAN TRINNER, SPECTACULAR FOR HIS KINDNESS AND CHARISMA. HE DOESN'T LET US MISS DRINK DURING THE WHOLE STAY ONCE WE STEPTED THE BEACH)
I CANNOT STOP MENTIONING JUAN CARLOS AT BREAKFAST (ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AND IN ALL DETAILS) MARIA THE BUFFET RECEPTIONIST, WITH HER KINDNESS AND PERMANENT SMILE .. THERE ARE MANY MORE NAMES (CHARINA, ALEXANDER JR, AMEROSFI, PERSONALETER ROOM CLEANING BETSY) WE LIKED THE SHOW AND THE COCONUT COFFEE MUCH. THE RECEPTION PEOPLE ATTENTIVE AND SOLVING ANY CONCERNS Q WE MAY HAVE (CESAR SANCHEZ, ERNESTO, CARLOS, EDDY, JUAN M, ESTEBAN AND ANY OTHER Q I FORGET NOW). UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE, AND I CLARIFY THAT I WAS WITH SOME DOUBTS REGARDING THAT IT IS NOT ONE OF THE HOTELS OF CHAINS WELL KNOWN BY US.
