I am extremely happy to report that once again Capital Dodge Chrysler Jeep continues to provide amazing customer service. I was in for a "service engine light". I was welcome right away with a friendly wave and smile from Service Advisor Dana. He is always so great. After a few simple questions about the vehicle, he had me up and running in a courtesy vehicle in no time. Since they needed my van for a few hours, it was better and safer during Covid to head home. A few hours later, I received a call telling me what they had done to fix the issues and the next morning I picked up my vehicle. Service Tech/Mechanic Darrin wanted to speak with me and share what he found and how he fixed it. Both Dana and Darrin proved that at Capital Dodge, they certainly take care of their customers.

If you are not taking your vehicle to Capital Dodge in Kanata for service, you should be. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Dana and Darrin.
