He took us on a test drive with the car. Showed us all the features that came with it, and in addition showed us how fuel efficient the vehicle was with the on screen real time fuel MFD Consumption / Energy Monitor. And when it came to negotiating price he understood our needs and met them. I was totally satisfied with our purchase. Usman Sultoni wasn t there to pressure us and get a sale done. He actually listened and wanted to make sure we walked out of the dealership totally happy. He even had the car up and ready to go within a single business day. I have bought cars in multiple dealerships, but Don Valley North Toyota has been the safest and secure buy I have felt so far.
