Might have been nice while buying the car but DONT DARE go back for anything else. The car you have has problems?...THEY DONT CARE - JUST READ THE LOWEST STAR REVIEWS AND YOULL SEE!. Worst vw I've been to (worst experience with management level person: Jared). Sold me a car with many issues that still after years, exist today. They have done nothing about it. These guys are the stereo type of a used car sales company. Most rude on top of everything else. Makes me think twice about vw altogether.
