Very disappointed in the customer service as well ...

Very disappointed in the customer service as well as the defected clothes this store is selling. I bought a pair of shorts yesterday and wore them today noticing that there was a hole near the crotch area.. I immediately went back and wanted to exachnge the shorts and noticed all of the other shorts were defected. I finally found shorts that fit that were 10.00 extra & thought that the employee would let me just exchange it but he suprsingly still charged me!
