Stay away from the service department!!! They do not know how to fix cars. After 4 visits they told me that my gas engine that sounded like a diesel was "normal". I went to another (non Jim Click) dealership and in 1 visit they found the knock in my engine. My engine was replaced elsewhere. This is not the first issue I have had with them. If you want your car fixed right take the trip to Oracle Ford.
