This is the second time I ve taken my vehicle in for an oil change. First time it took hours a very long time being that I have a Nissan and they had to order my filter. No problem, oil change got done. Once I got to my car I noticed oil stains on my door and seat I pointed it out to them and they ended up cleaning it and getting it off thankfully. (Light Leather Show all dark marks) . This time around I went a day before to get my filter ordered and had plans on going to next morning. Got checked in Service guy said it was going to be an hour for my car. So I wait, more than an hour and they tell me they put the filter in another car and I have to wait on another filter to come in. Still waiting the gentleman comes to let me know if should be 20 Minutes. Well that actually ended up being another hour. Finally minutes away from it being 3 hours I get in the car and there is oil/ grease stains on the door and steering wheel. It s very frustrating.
