Really unsatisfied with the customer service. The people at the front desk were not that friendly. The staff kept on knocking ang trying to open the door for about 5 minutes when i already left it chained because i was in the bathroom so i had to call housekeeping just for them to stop because the room service person couldnt hear me. The bathroom was clogged so the water doesnt really go down when you shower. Also, it was the first time I encountered a hotel where the front desk doesnt answer calls. I tried calling trice to be exact and nothing. I also dont understand why they cant give a simple paper bag when i tried requesting it while in the banquet hall. Even the events manager wasnt that friendly. I just dont understand how their customer service is like this and I usually dont give bad reviews but theres just too many misses in that span of 3 days that i stayed and i really hope they improve on this.
