Since 10/14/2017 I expect a refund following an article return. After a "manual triggering" of litigation following a change of credit card in the meantime and after having sent my RIB, ALWAYS NOTHING on my account .... Many emails to customer service (since we cannot have ANYONE else) today hui it is made to me as an answer that the refund will be "triggered by SOFINCO". LA REDOUTE is fine if you buy but above all, above all, do not return an item for reimbursement ...... you will "struggle" for a while. Concerning me it is a sum of 120 which I miss today!
