We made our reservation at 8:30 yesterday evening ...

We made our reservation at 8:30 yesterday evening for our 10 year old daughters birthday. This is where she wanted to eat. We told our hostess, waitress and cook that it was her birthday. We found out that it was an employee of Kanki sitting at our table eating who's birthday was also today. Kanki brought him 2 huge cakes and told him Happy birthday, yet never brought my daughter ice cream or cake and never told her Happy Birthday.
Kanki was more focused on there employee at our table instead of there customers . My daughter was hurt that they did not acknowledge her birthday. I reminded our waitress that it was her birthday and she said it was nothing she could do. I told her to get the manager Unis. Unis only said that she was sorry. Kanki did not sing or acknowledge my daughters birthday once. Kanki was focused on there employee eating at our table the whole time. I have never seen Kanki at the north raleigh location act so badly. I went to Kankis website and filled out my dining experience form and notified Kanki at crabtree about this problem. I hope Kanki addresses this problem so it does not happen again.
