What a joke. Chase uses this company unfortunately and I was messed over by them when closing on a home. They waited until the very last minute to bring up and issue and have requirements my state didn t and 99% of other title companies don t. Learned my lesson. Using a local title company next time. I m furious at the idiocies of this company.
