When Terry Chapin was over the Nissan in Lumberton it was awesome service and professional staff....Now with the new owner service is temble and staff is unprofessional and talking out loud and horseplay too...I have bought 2 Nissan vehicles from Terry Chapin Nissan and as it looks Right now, I would not buy any from Lumberton Nissan until staff and management act and carry theirselves professional and wants to sell a vehicle...
