The staff does need some customer service etiquett...

The staff does need some customer service etiquette. I spent less than a grand in this store in the past week. Both times I felt like a bother and not welcome in the store. The first time I wanted to pick up a new lens and was pretty much ignored as a few of the sales staff was just standing behind a counter. I finally was helped by a young lady after she was done helping other customers while her colleges were holding up the sales counter. The second time was a curbside pick up. I said, Thank you when receiving my items only to be met with silence and rolling eyes. I want to support local business, but with competitors like Adorama, B&H, and even Amazon, I don t think I would want to support or spend my money where I don t feel all to welcome. The only reason I give this place two stars was for the Print Lab staff who were actually polite and responsive during my first visit, and to the young lady in sales who finally did help me after standing there ignored for 10 minutes.
