I have brought my pets here for years. Today is Saturday, on Monday i called to ask if i could get an appointment today because my elderly dog isnt walking right and cant get up and down the stairs. I was told id have yo br8ng him to the walk in clinic. I arrived at 830 am, as instructed. I madr it very clear why were here, vut was apparently not properly checked in. At 10 i went up to the counter to ask a question, which couldnt be answered. I then found out, my dog was checked in for a regular physical, not an emergency need for xrays and lavs as he should have been. So my dog and i were turned away at 10, because lab work must be submitted by 12, and now they wouldnt be able to get to me.

So now my dog gets to suffer for a full f**king week while we wait to get him in someplace. Do you know how hard it is for someone with ms to lift a 110 pound dog in and out if a car, let alone up and down stairs everytime he has to pee!?!?

I would be so much less upset if
1. They would have allowed me to just make an appointment the first time i called
2. Or they would have at least let me know at 830 they were too busy today, or gee maybe they could have checked us in for the right appointment!
3. The s3cond they realized they checked me in wrong, they should hav4 taken us back and fixed it!

Thanks to their error my dog is paying the price. Pissed off is an understatement.
