Attempting to end service at one location and transfer to another service location. THAT is when all the trouble started. Seem we could not transfer service because we wanted to have service at both locations for a period of time. We had to set up a new account for our home purchase yet the service was not properly cancelled when apartment vacated. Numerous (5) calls later and I believe the billing has been corrected. Well over an hour on the phone, all together yet still may not be resolved?
